Overview

Mr. Gruber's practice primarily involves business litigation defense, although he has also posted a number of very large verdicts, judgments and settlements. He is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and co-authored the two volume treatise “Texas Litigation Plans and Forms.”

Mike has been named as a Texas Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines (2003-2009). The same publications repeatedly list him as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Texas and one of the Top 100 Dallas-Fort Worth Lawyers. Additionally, D Magazine has listed him as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas. He was recently given this year's Award of Excellence by the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.

He attended Southern Methodist University undergraduate and went on to obtain his J.D. from the Dedman School of Law at SMU in 1981.
