Brian Hail is an established and highly successful trial lawyer.  He has extensive courtroom experience and has litigated and tried numerous cases, ranging from complex commercial litigation to employment litigation.  Often hired by fellow attorneys to handle their personal legal matters, Brian has been recognized as a go to attorney on tough cases needing an experienced and aggressive litigator.  Brian is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
