Overview

Rudy Rodríguez was general counsel of a major regional airline before returning to private practice in 2003. His in-house experience has given him a unique perspective, enabling him to analyze problems from the client's point of view.

He has extensive experience in employment law, including advice and counsel, training, policy formulation, and the defense of employment litigation in state and federal court. Rudy has equal experience as a business litigator, however, and has tried cases in both areas.
