Overview

Joshua Sandler is a trial lawyer who represents Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-size businesses, and individuals in commercial litigation and employment disputes in state and federal courts. In addition, Josh has represented plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, partnership disputes, deceptive trade practices claims, employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and retaliation cases.

Recently, Josh has provided critical counsel and advice to some of the top catering and events companies in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.

In 2014, Josh obtained a favorable judgment for a healthcare facility and its principals who were accused of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and breach of contract. Also, in 2014, Josh forced a significant, low-dollar settlement in a complex business case involving allegations of fraudulent transfers and fraud; a negligence case involving a large company who owns, operates, and manages apartment complexes; and a breach of contract and employment discrimination case for a large, worldwide cosmetics company. Josh further obtained a favorable resolution for one of the largest privately held companies in the United States in a dispute involving breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference. Likewise, Josh obtained significantly notable results in his prosecution of an employment discrimination case; a case involving a popular reality television show and allegations of fraud; and a covenant not to compete, trade secrets, and breach of contract action involving a Dallas company specializing in regulatory compliance. In addition, Josh engaged in an employment investigation involving the Chief Operating Officer of a large, national company regarding allegations of sexual harassment.
