 OverviewMs. Stroh's practice centers on complex civil litigation and insurance coverage litigation. She has successfully represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation in both federal and state court, and has obtained favorable outcomes arguing motions for summary judgment and defending against a contempt motion (retained days before hearing). Ms. Stroh's courtroom experience includes a two-week wrongful foreclosure jury trial, a multi-day federal bench trial in which Ms. Stroh was lead counsel, and a day-long jury trial in county court in which the trial judge granted a directed verdict for her client.
Ms. Stroh participates in numerous professional and civic activities. She was President of the 2,800 member Dallas Association of Young Lawyers in 2009. Ms. Stroh was elected to the DAYL Board of Directors in 2002, and continues to serve on the board. She has also served as co-chair of various DAYL committees, include the Aid to the Homeless Committee in 2006 and the Lawyers Against Domestic Violence Committee in 2002. Ms. Stroh has been a member of Attorneys Serving the Community since 2001, and currently serves as co-chair of the Silent Auction / V.I.P. Reception Committee. Ms. Stroh is also a founding member of the Dallas Talented and Gifted Foundation, created to support education of talented and gifted students in the public schools and is a member of the Site-Based Decision Making Team of DISD's Talented and Gifted Magnet High School. She has been named by Texas Monthly as a “Rising Star” for 2007 through 2011 and was recognized as one of the “40 under 40” by Dallas Furniture Bank.

Representative Experience
- Part of defense team that handled satellite litigation arising from the sale of an oil and gas company; handled pretrial litigation, including the majority of written discovery and depositions, and prevailed on multiple summary judgment motions and motions to seal; two cases favorably settled and others are pending under bankruptcy court jurisdiction.
- Represented home mortgage servicer in multiple matters including second chairing two-week trial arising from home foreclosure that resulted in a defense verdict; settled before final judgment entered.
- Responsible for litigating a multi-million dollar construction contract dispute related to an airport baggage handling system for the contractor that was settled to the client's satisfaction.
- Represented internet service provider in multiple matters, including successfully defending against a contempt motion and successfully representing client's interests related to the non-party discovery under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2701-2711 and the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1).
- Part of a team of lawyers in defense of over $80 million in claims under Mexican law arising from a gas turbine failure, including processing documents in German and Spanish and taking depositions in Spanish through a translator. See, e.g., Siemens AG v. Houston Cas. Co., 127 S.W.3d 436 (Tex. App. - Dallas 2004, pet. dism'd by agr.).
- Successfully reversed a default judgment through a bill of review; after the matter was opened, opposing parties nonsuited their claims regarding real property interests.
- For plaintiff in constructive eviction case, handled summary judgment briefing that defeated defendant's summary judgment motion on claims including fraud, breach of implied warranty of suitability, and negligent misrepresentation.
- Drafted mandamus briefing related to arbitration and posting of a bond under Texas Insurance Code Article 1.36; second issue went to oral argument before the Texas Supreme Court in In re Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, 106 S.W.3d 332 (Tex. App. – Dallas 2003).
