Brian Hail is an established and highly successful trial lawyer. He has extensive courtroom experience and has litigated and tried numerous cases, ranging from multiple complex commercial litigation matters to employment litigation. Often hired by fellow attorneys to handle their personal legal matters, Brian has been recognized as a go to attorney on tough cases needing an experienced and aggressive trial attorney. Brian has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2003.

He has been recognized every year by his peers in Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines as a "Super Lawyer". Brian was twice named previously by D Magazine as one of the "Best Lawyers Under 40".  He was recently named "Litigator of the Week" by Texas Lawyer for his $38 million judgment against Associated Air Center.

  • Recovered (for the client) net settlement proceeds in various plaintiff's litigation in excess of $100 million.
  • Trial counsel in numerous commercial litigation cases resulting in multi-million dollar plaintiff's judgments/verdicts, including:
    • $123 million judgment for a defrauded limited partner for one of the initial investors in Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation
    • $38 million judgment (in 2013) for a purchaser of luxury jet aircraft completions
    • $30 million verdict in a commercial litigation against Shell Oil Company
    • $20 million jury verdict in an employment case against Roche Pharmaceutical
    • $6 million jury verdict in an employment matter
    • $3 million judgment involvement commission agreement
    • Approximately 25 multi-million dollar judgments, verdicts, or settlements for plaintiffs in commercial and employment matters
