Overview

Mr. Richmond’s practice is focused on representing businesses in litigation and at trial involving contract disputes,  business fraud, large property loss and catastrophic personal injury.  Mr. Richmond has experience in both state and federal courts regarding pleadings, motion practice, discovery, pre-trial and trial and he has represented both small and Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation.
